Tal como lo había anunciado el Gobernador del Estado Portuguesa Antonio Primitivo Cedeño, hoy se realizó el acto formal de transmisión de mando del Cuerpo de Policía Bolivariana del estado Portuguesa.
La activida se desarrolló en las instalaciones de la Secretaría de Seguridad Ciudadana, en presencia de los directores de los diversos Centros de Coordinación Policial, el Secretario de Seguridad Ciudadana, la presidenta del Consejo Legislativo del estado Portuguesa, bajo la rectoría del Gobernador Cedeño.
El Comisionado Jefe (CPBEP) Orlando Pacheco, venía desempeñandose como Director del Centro de Coordinación Policial número 6 con sede en el Municipio Sucre; además es Licenciado y ostenta el titulo de Doctor en Seguridad Ciudadana.
Es de hacer notar, que la referida designación fue avalada por el Ministerio de Interior y Justicia, por lo que desde ya le auguramos exitos en esta nueva responsabilidad profesional.
